Details

Fermin® Iberico Pork Dry-Cured Chorizo Sausage. A unique product with exceptional juiciness and flavor, seasoned with mild pimenton. This Fermin chorizo has been made from the finest cuts of the Iberico pig, an original breed from Spain knows as "pata negra". If offers an intense aroma and balanced flavor to the palate. Free from gluten and added nitrates or nitrites.

Pork Meat, Salt, Pimenton, Dextrin, Dextrose, Garlic, Oregano.

Directions

Fermin recommends placing the plastic enclosure under warm running water (38°C/100°F) for 8-10 seconds before serving. This will enhance the flavor and ease separation of the slices. Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
