Created in 1999, the aptly named Symphonie Rosé cuvée is a harmonious composition of aromas and flavours. Its finesse and fresh aromatic notes are a perfect introduction to the House style. This rosé wine from the Côtes-de-Provence AOP exemplifies an established savoir-faire. It is blended from grapes sourced from the Maison Sainte Marguerite vineyard and from partner winegrowers with whom Enzo and Olivier Fayard, who vinify the cuvée, work in close collaboration.

Symphonie Rosé 2022 is the perfect partner for Mediterranean-style cuisine: green asparagus from Provence roasted in olive oil, served with almonds, chives or sun-dried tomatoes, and a creamy almond-milk sauce with rosemary; or a barbecued rib of beef, accompanied by panisse and mini-ratatouille. It also lends itself to more exotic influences, in particular Thai cuisine, for example: grilled king prawns, pepper puree with coconut milk, crisp vegetables (raw carrot or leek), Thai basil oil.
