Kontos now introduces Pre-Grilled Panini Bread; a flatbread designed to transfer heat quickly and which is pre-grilled to your convenience. Panini's are great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even dessert. Here are some menu ideas. The Greek Breakfast: Prepare scrambled eggs with feta cheese, pitted kalamata olives, home-fries, sliced tomatoes and onions, and some dill. Chicken Parmesan: Cooked breaded chicken breast, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and fresh basil leaves. Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce. The Vegetarian: Grilled eggplant and zucchini, roasted peppers, and mozzarella cheese. Serve with the customers' choice of dressing. Turkey Club (on two decks): Sliced turkey, with bacon, cheese, baby spinach leaves, and tomato. Serve with Thousand Island dressing on the side. Contains 2% or Less of Each of the Following Ingredients: Amylase (Wheat) Enzymes, Calcium Propionate (a Preservative), Corn Syrup Solids, Fumaric Acid, Guar Gum, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Salt, Sesame Flour, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sorbic Acid (a Preservative), Soy Flour, Sugar, Vegetable L-Cysteine, Vegetable Mono and Diglycerides, Wheat Flour, and Yeast.

Directions

For a Single Sandwich: Take one loaf and cut in half. Place the desired ingredients on one-half, then top with the other half. You can heat the sandwich on a flattop, in a skillet, or oven. You may even serve it as is. For Multiple Sandwiches: Place a whole loaf on your counter. Add the desired ingredients for two (2) sandwiches atop of the loaf. Top with a second loaf, then cut into two (2) sandwiches. Heat as above.
